Sometimes, “doing the next thing” is as simple (or laborious) as tackling a sink full of dishes (hence the location of the signage) or as profound as taking a bold step of faith. Both need ongoing encouragement (and prayer)!
(I bought these lovely handcrafted signs through Hope and Stay. Check out her creations on Etsy. There are so many to choose from!!)
P.S. It’s kind of hard to see in the photo, but I stuck an antique “K” typewriter key inside the “O” in “GO!” Kind of personalizes the call to action, don’t ya think?
1a. “I rejoice at Your word as one who finds great treasure.” Psalm 119:162 (NKJV)
1b. “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NKJV)
2. Tip: Looking to create some ambiance in your home? A candle lit fireplace (as seen in the video) can be accomplished inexpensively by purchasing candles from the 99 Cents Only Store.
3. Check out HOME: Studio living–time to clean.
(PHOTO ABSOLUTELY NOT AVAILABLE)– Imagine your cluttered office desk, two loads of unfolded clean clothes, your messy kitchen counter post dinner (dishwasher not included), and your unmade queen bed all in one ”non-master bedroom size” space. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Highlight at this studio living low point–My neighbor has friends over and is currently playing Neil Diamond. Consider me inspired. Let the clean-up begin.

When you live in a studio, it’s pretty much an all or none deal when it comes to a clean home. A messy desk or a couple of unwashed dishes affects the whole room. Good news is, when you make your queen size bed, you’re like 2/3’s the way there.
